Critical Mineral Testwork May 2026

BMS Engineers have successfully completed a testwork campaign demonstrating the capability of NF membrane technology to recover a critical mineral concentrate from a highly acidic process solution. The testwork delivered valuable insights and new learnings on treating this type of process fluid.
A big thank‑you to the team at ALS in Balcatta for hosting us and for their support throughout this testwork. We look forward to continuing the development of this process for our client.
Morocco April 2026

BMS Engineers have just wrapped up a three‑week campaign of intense testwork in Morocco for our client, URANEXT. Using a brand‑new, custom‑built test rig from AquaPlan (Pty) Ltd, the potential application of membrane technology has been successfully demonstrated. We’re excited to continue working closely with URANEXT to progress this exciting and innovative process.

2026 got off to a busy start for BMS Engineers who were back in Namibia to continue testwork for our valued client Langer Heinrich Mine (operated by Paladin Energy). Much value was gained and we look forward to continuing to explore this exciting project.
We were extremely fortunate also to witness the rarest of sights: rain in the Namib Desert!
